Inspire Inclusion was established by Amy Stafford in 2022 to offer expert support for Academy Trusts, Headteachers and SENCO who are looking to improve outcomes and provisions for SEN learners. I am a self-employed SEND Consultant offering the skills and knowledge I have gained in over 10 years of working in Special Needs (much of that time in a management role) working alongside a range of settings; primary, secondary and specialist education.I work both with families who need reassurance/guidance and schools who need clarity on the needs of their students as well as ways to move forwards to provide for their needs. I work closely with SENCOs and senior leadership teams to work towards better outcomes for students with Special Educational Needs. Having worked in SEN management I am fully aware of the constraints within which schools need to work, and I pride myself on finding creative ways of meeting students' needs whilst working within these limitations.
