• Managing the relationship with FML’S largest and longest serving client• Dealing with outside vendors in regards to work submitted and large orders• Directly liaising with internal PR and Marketing departments of our clients in order to inform of them of external coverage, project updates as well as providing market analysis of important topics• Pitch to journalists in order to gain more ad space and coverage for our clients • Conducting market and trend research to provide this to our clients• Sole responsibility for all outside competitions related to our client

• Events planning – organising and creating itineraries for food safaris and research trips, booking hotels, flights, transport and finding locations for presentations and client cook-offs• Research on trends in various hospitality sectors (hotels, bars, restaurants) this includes food and drink trends, up-and-coming hotels, bars and restaurants and interior design trends• Research on statistics, for example demographics and number of certain establishments in locales• International travel, research trips to the middle east, focusing on hotel and food trends• Menu and product tastings• Audits on restaurants, bars and coffee shops• Finding and engaging with suppliers and negotiating with them• Liaising with clients to take and understand requirements and then working on these briefs to create new and exciting concepts for their brands• Food photography and editing• Creating personality packages
