· Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal team, at multiple levels, in a continuing effort to provide excellent service while also creating additional consulting opportunities.· Compile and manage client reports and presentations as directed by consultants.· Create, coordinate and manage project plans to insure seamless execution of client work.· Provide sales and marketing support to core team of consultants including CEO.· Participate in the creation and management of marketing initiatives including but not limited to the production and distribution of monthly e-blasts; quarterly newsletters; and marketing collateral.· Perform administrative and office management duties as needed (i.e. accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor relations, general reception and scheduling).

Participated in the marketing and coordination efforts of international business development as evidenced by current and active presence in over 60 countries.

Directly involved with the start-up, growth and day-to-day management as MDA became the largest international Health and Fitness Education Company. Responsibilites included marketing efforts; brand enhancement and protection; trade show coordination; and professional staff development.
