I direct the priorities of the Corporation for Supportive Housing in the Upper Midwest Region, which includes the states of North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa and Wisconsin. I strategically partner with colleagues and sectors in the region to increase housing stability for residents of these states through systems and policy change, training and technical assistance, advocacy, and providing pre-development loans through our identity as a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). The focus of my work includes:• Increasing housing stability for families by partnering with the Child Welfare and Housing Sectors; • Increasing access to housing and supports for Tribal Nations by partnering with the Minnesota Tribal Housing Collaborative;• Increasing Housing Choice Voucher utilization by partnering with Public Housing Authorities, Counties, Providers, HUD, Nonprofits, philanthropy and the State; and• Increasing Permanent Supporting Housing units available to the most vulnerable adults, children and youth across our State.

I managed the implementation of Heading Home: Minnesota’s Plan to Prevent and End Homelessness. The Minnesota Interagency Council on Homelessness, which includes 11 State agencies, the Metropolitan Council and the Governor’s Office, released the first Heading Home Plan in December 2013. · Served as a principal advisor to the State Director to Prevent and End Homelessness.· Directed implementation of Heading Home. Responsibilities included project oversight, engagement of 85+ State staff and external stakeholders, and strategic vision.· Engaged and convened Commissioners, senior leaders, program and policy experts, the 10 Continuum of Care Coordinators, Minnesota's Tribal Nations, Counties, and service providers and community leaders across the State to advance the vision and priority areas of Heading Home;· Managed the Interagency Council meeting structure - matching meeting vision with our goals, leading content prep and deliverables creation, ensuring appropriate meeting facilitation, and establishing momentum.· Communicated with all of our internal and external partners on the progress and work of the Plan. · Coordinated with other State interagency bodies, such as Olmstead, the Children's Cabinet, the MN Council on Transportation Access, and Safe Harbor, to achieve common goals and leverage resources.

I served as the Principle Policy Aide to Gail Dorfman, Hennepin County Commissioner for District 3. Primary issue areas included child welfare, mental health, housing, transportation, roads and bridges, recycling and library policy. I represented the Commissioner at internal and external meetings, responded to constituent requests, and maintained positive relationships with stakeholders. My main focus during this role was: · Coordinated County-wide plan to prevent and end the sexual exploitation of youth. The Hennepin County No Wrong Door Plan was the first county plan of its kind in the State of Minnesota and was modeled after the State-wide No Wrong Door Plan. I facilitated the data and measurement goals of the nonprofit AchieveMpls working in partnership with Minneapolis Public Schools (MPS) to ensure all students are career and college ready. Synthesized complex education data and communicated to the general public. Established strong working relationships with the Research, Evaluation and Assessment and Career and College Readiness teams at MPS to develop and monitor common data indicators and share data. Developed plan for implementation of best practices in data collection and analysis.

▪ Directly involved in all analytical aspects related to the Preventive Services Scorecard. This work included: ▪ Developing survey instruments and methodologies.▪ Lead Analyst in charge of analyzing and preparing Contract Agency Scorecards and Reports for agency exit conferences and review. ▪ Lead Analyst in charge of preparing qualitative and quantitative raw data for contract agency review. ▪ Lead Analyst interpreting system-wide data on provider performance on a quarterly and annual basis.▪ Co-facilitated work group interviewing parents involved in the New York City Prevention System in an effort to improve system-wide services based off parent’s experiences and ideas for improvement.▪ Program Evaluation: Preventive Services Scorecard is a comprehensive evaluation system designed to evaluate the quality of the New York City Child Abuse Prevention System. This evaluation system is the measurement arm of the Improved Outcomes for Children child welfare reform policy that began roll-out in 2008 and was fully implemented in 2009. ** Since New York City has the largest child welfare system in the nation and is the only city in the nation with a child abuse prevention system in place, this evaluation is cutting edge not only in its breadth and scope but also in its precedence.**▪ Computer Expertise: SPSS, Microsoft ACCESS, TOAD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word

Lead Analyst on a new DHS policy impacting families who had previously been denied shelter. ▪ Evaluated and analyzed pre-implementation, roll-out, and post-implementation phases of this new policy.▪ Lead Analyst on shelter eligibility for families with children and adult families. ▪ Presented policy and data updates at DHS Commissioner Meetings to the Commissioner, Associate and Deputy Commissioners and other relevant program staff. ▪ Analyzed past and current trends in the New York City homeless population to predict future trendsin shelter use and service needs. ▪ Assessed the impact of city and state policy changes and budget cuts on DHS performance measures.▪ Responsible for pulling and analyzing data on the New York City Family Shelter Systems, with special focus on Commissioner initiatives.▪ Shared unit responsibility in creating and maintaining reports containing data and information about DHS▪ Responded to public inquiries and requests for briefings and information sharing from other localities and media outlets.▪ Computer Expertise: SPSS (including creating new tables within the DHS database and writing syntax), MS Query, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Oracle.
