I direct the priorities of the Corporation for Supportive Housing in the Upper Midwest Region, which includes the states of North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa and Wisconsin. The focus of my work includes:• Increasing housing stability for families by partnering with the Child Welfare and Housing Sectors; • Increasing access to housing and supports for Tribal Nations by partnering with the Minnesota Tribal Housing Collaborative;• Increasing Housing Choice Voucher utilization by partnering with Public Housing Authorities, Counties, Providers, HUD, Nonprofits, philanthropy and the State; and• Increasing Permanent Supporting Housing units available to the most vulnerable adults, children and youth across our State.

I managed the implementation of Heading Home: Minnesota’s Plan to Prevent and End Homelessness. The Minnesota Interagency Council on Homelessness, which includes 11 State agencies, the Metropolitan Council and the Governor’s Office, released the first Heading Home Plan in December 2013. · Served as a principal advisor to the State Director to Prevent and End Homelessness.· Directed implementation of Heading Home. Responsibilities included project oversight, engagement of 85+ State staff and external stakeholders, and strategic vision.· Engaged and convened Commissioners, senior leaders, program and policy experts, the 10 Continuum of Care Coordinators, Minnesota's Tribal Nations, Counties, and service providers and community leaders across the State to advance the vision and priority areas of Heading Home;· Managed the Interagency Council meeting structure - matching meeting vision with our goals, leading content prep and deliverables creation, ensuring appropriate meeting facilitation, and establishing momentum.· Communicated with all of our internal and external partners on the progress and work of the Plan. · Coordinated with other State interagency bodies, such as Olmstead, the Children's Cabinet, the MN Council on Transportation Access, and Safe Harbor, to achieve common goals and leverage resources.
