Chief People Officer
CurrentThe Chief People Officer is responsible for overseeing all Diversified Roofing Group and DV Management companies (Diversified Roofing, Star Roofing, Remedy Roofing, Service Works Roofing, Sta-Dry Roofing) for HR, Insurance, Culture, Risk and Safety and is heavily involved in the due diligence of mergers and acquisitions. • Develop, implement and monitor employee recruiting, talent acquisition, on-boarding plans, and retention to support the company in achieving its annual plans and strategic goals• Identify training requirements for core functional roles, developing or procuring curriculum for each role, and delivering training or facilitating outsourced solutions for proper certifications and skills in these core functional roles• Develop KPIs around employee compensation, claims reserve reductions, employee engagement practices, benefits enrollment, retention/turnover, labor needs, and “days-to-fill”• Develop and implement performance reviews and career pathing for select roles• Lead change management and cultural integration through M&A• Develop and coordinate company events and activities that foster desired environment across platform of companies• Manage company needs for insurance both Property and Casualty, as well as Employee Benefits• Provide guidance to C-Suite and Sales on appropriate coverage changes and/or contractual requirements• Proactively manage all workers compensation, GL, Auto, Property and CD claims with carriers/broker
