This role involves working closely with the executive of Throneware to put in place the most effective marketing methods to ensure the best success at hitting the target market and meeting the aims and objectives. During this role I created a marketing communication strategy, market research, reviewed new website content and designed layout as well as participate in rebranding the company. This role involved talking to a varied group of skilled professionals to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the marketing methods. The skills I use on a daily basis in this role are initiative, creativity and the confidence to work alone as well as part of a team to provide fresh ideas to produce an effective marketing campaign and pitch them confidently to the executive.

This role involved using intuition, essential in such a fast paced environment in order to provide the customer with the best in store experience possible. Team work was required on a daily basis to ensure that the store was looking tidy, that customers were happy and being served effectively. The main responsibilities involved serving customers over the till, consequently being trusted with money and own personal till as well as with providing excellent customer service. To ensure that the shop floor was tidy during opening hours and the main role was using my interpersonal skills to interact with customers in a professional manner and make sure that they leave the shop feeling like they had a good experience and they want to return. These responsibilities were essential in the overall smooth running of the business.
