About Amy Terhune
My experience in healthcare has a wide range. I was a Combat Life Saver while in the Military, upon leaving I went to school to become an Emergency Medical Technician. I am now currently in school to achieve a Medical Assistant Associates Degree.I have hands-on experience as a Direct Support Assistant caring for individuals in a group home setting with Developmental and Intelectuctual Disabilities. It brings joy to my heart and soul to be able to be there and helps those who are unable to do so themselves. I am wanting to keep going on with my education to become a Specialty Medical Assistant and hoping to continue on to become an Endocrinologist in the future.
