I was previously employed as a Regional Sales Manager for a distributor of luxury brand skin care products.I have been employed in the hair and beauty industry for over 20 years. In this time, I have developed a wide range of technical, leadership and selling skills. As a stylist, I have always enjoyed meeting people, keeping up with the latest trends, and helping others determine what look is best for them.I have developed strong organizational, goal-setting, and leadership skills as a salon manager. My salon consistently met corporate goals by keeping the staff well-trained and motivated. As a District Employment Representative, I was able to also develop presentation skills during regular recruiting activities.As an Educator, my focus was to prove training on the scientific aspects of texture, and general product knowledge. I managed the education needs of 94 salons in Northern Illinois and Indiana, while maintaining full-time status as a stylist.As an Account Representative for a skin-care company, along with a Field Sales Educator for a manufacturer, this has given me an opportunity to further my selling, presentation and organizational skills. I believe that my significant background in hair care, combined with sales and management experience, will position me to succeed with any company.
