Provides complex administrative support to the President. Assists the President with budget management, scheduling, and meeting preparation. Is responsible for planning various events throughout the year. Maintains guidelines, a repository of minutes, and other information as related to Dunwoody's Executive Team. Plans and prepares for large and small scope meetings. Prioritizes a dynamic workflow to achieve key priorities. Fosters a welcoming environment and culture of mutual respect.

Provides administrative support to the academic division, specifically the Provost, Academic Deans and Directors. Assists Provost with conference/event planning, budget management and expense reports, meeting preparation, and accreditation visits. Monitors room usage and communicate to students and staff. Generates reports for the Provost’s Office using various internal systems. Maintains guidelines, repository of minutes, assessment reports and other information as related to Dunwoody’s external academic advisory committees. Cultivates a high degree of professionalism and provide high levels of customer service within and between departments of the college.

Serves as onboarding and employment verification contact for individuals who receive self-directed services. Verifies employment eligibility and tax form compliance for newly hired employees. Connects with health care workers to resolve issues with tax forms and other onboarding paperwork.

Performed a variety of duties in both the front and back end of the restaurant, including assisting with food preparation and serving. Maintained efficiency while prioritizing quality customer service.

Provided support to business office professionals during restaurant opening. Job duties included menu edits, inventory, administrative and organizational support, and weekly tracking of revenue between restaurants.
