-Updated and maintained the agency's spatial dataset of transit-only lanes (street lanes that only allow public transit or taxi travel) in ArcMap 10.7.-Regularly analyzed and tabulated survey responses from transit drivers and riders to identify trends and common responses.-Wrote a survey to ask Muni drivers how a new public transit route is impacting their ability to comfortably and effectively do their jobs.
