My favourite projects are those that are anchored with an awesome consumer or business insight. Why? Because, when you have a killer piece of insight, ideas start flowing and solutions follow. With good insight comes a good KPI and a benchmark to improve. I love a good KPI (and a spreadsheet with an IF statement combined with a VLOOKUP) and I enjoy creating consumer experiences and journeys to support the improvement of a KPI or to solve a problem. Throughout my career, I’ve been lucky enough to work with some fantastic people and amazing brands & partners and through these experiences I’ve learned a great deal about myself; I have a track record of creating, scaling and optimising marketing campaigns across Paid and Owned channels (e.g. Affiliate, Search / SEO, Email & Site) to drive growth and increase efficiencies across all core KPIs (CAC, ROI, Revenue and CR) - I put the customer/member at the centre of everything I do - I thrive in the execution of big ideas while identifying and managing constraints - I balance the art and science to create successful campaigns.I enjoy managing teams. I am dedicated to making the workplace a more diverse and inclusive place, for everyone. - I am a team player; I love to succeed, but I love to see my teammates succeed, more. - I speak macro and micro and I can adapt based on the audience. - I listen to my team, hear their challenges and support them with relevant solutions. I continually seek to educate, refine and drive myself to be a better human; - I always seek feedback to learn to be better and understand my blind spots. - I focus on making informed decisions. - Acknowledging my own experience and areas of privilege to push for better diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. When I am not in the office, you will find me at home baking something from ‘Dessert Person’, hanging out with my wife, reading a two books at once (something self-development and a crime novel), listening to inspirational and informative podcasts (modern finance, NYT The Daily) or running around central park.
