* Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from various sources* Collaborate with corporate commodity managers: - Assist with RFX processes as needed - Adhere to contractual requirements at the business unit level* Place purchase orders with suppliers for project sites* Monitor status of open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of all materials* Work closely with Project Managers to expedite or defer orders as required based on schedule changes* Manage and resolve issues regarding PO to invoice discrepancies* Setup & maintain item master parameters for assigned commodities ( MOQ, Lead Time, Country of Origin, etc ... )*Ensure and promote compliance to company and Procurement policies and procedures* Performed other Purchasing tasks as required
