Working within the Operations Team, I'm responsible for maintaining Adviser and Dealer Group relationships by providing operational support to Financial Advisers and Dealer Groups for Generation Lifes products. The Adviser Management Officer is responsible for; Design and Distribution Obligations Relationship Manager.Create rapport and build long term relationships with Advisers, Dealer Groups and Investors.Delivery of high service levels to Advisers and Dealer Groups.Support to Business Development Managers and their key clients. Dealer Group operational support, including reporting requirements and advocacy requests.AFSL licensing monitoring.Dealer Group registration - responsible for ensuring the Dealer Group recipient created tax invoice (RCTI) agreement is up to date & current.Running/Owning of monthly Adviser service fee payments.SME on trouble shooting any fee errors/issues providing support to operations and distribution team.Managing clawbacks or unit adjustments for fees refunded by adviser/clients.Ensuring all client data is recorded accurately in all business systems.Maintenance of advisers and dealer groups - such as AFSL, contacts, bank accounts in the registry and CRM systems.

Responsible for sourcing potential candidates that would be suitable and successful franchisees.Grow Australian business by recruiting new Franchise Business Owners.Build and maintain client relationships.Proactively source new recruitment leads.Full end-to-end recruitment process.Plan recruitment marketing strategies, collaborating with Marketing Executive Team, Digital Agency, and Account Managers.Drive and present recruitment brand awareness events across Australia.Day to day BDM and recruitment duties include; owning all legal franchisee documentation, brandawareness, networking and reviewing new starter business plans.
