I currently consult for a variety of different organisations, mainly B2B within the science, energy, and policy sectors. Some of my clients are: Unilever, Aurora Energy Research, University of Oxford, World Bank, Oxford Analytica, Oxford County Council. I co-founded and chair the Oxford Events Industry group, who meet weekly on Zoom and once a month in person, usually as a hybrid event depending on current government restrictions.

Aurora is a leading European energy think tank and consultancy. I was recruited to create anew events department to deliver professional events for client and key stakeholderaudiences; business, government, professional associations and media. I was the main budgetholder for Aurora’s events (c.£300k) working in a cross-functional communications team.Responsible for managing supplier relationships and 30+ strong team on major event days. • Successfully delivered three major annual conferences (450-650 delegates), plus twenty client facing corporate annual conferences in the UK and Europe• Delivered end-to-end management one of the most senior events in Europe, Aurora’s Spring Forum. Held at a prestigious Oxford College with attendance from over 400 senior leaders in the industry • Produced the UK’s largest Battery Storage conference at a leading city venue in London. The 2018 conference saw the highest attendance figures with 650 delegates attending• Set up Aurora’s event strategy to deliver international corporate events programme, including delivering pioneering events in UK, Ireland, Germany, France and Australia • Managed press, including Bloomberg, Business Green, Economist, Energyst, Financial Times, Platts, Sunday Times etc. • Developed creative collateral in line with the sponsorship agreements which include working with Barclays, Lloyds and MUFG. • Streamlined all inherited supplier relationships to create effective events function

London Sport is a charity who aim to get 1 million more Londoners active by 2020. My role with London Sport was focused on overseeing the events programme of 30 annual London Sport events, ranging from 50 to 500 delegates and the main budget holder. • Shaping and delivering London Sport’s B2B conferences, campaign launches, exhibitions and award ceremonies• Writing engaging content for the event websites, marketing collateral and event marketing campaigns to engage National Governing Bodies, Local Authorities, City Council and grassroot sport providers • Leading the event team from kick off to post-event: chairing event meetings, assigning responsibilities, motivating the team and delivering monthly briefings for the senior team
