Manage an active account list and provide exceptional client service to both new and existing businesses for all products to include TV, digital and event marketing.

Responsibilities include: supervise a staff of 7 advertising sales executives and support analysts handling large investors (major/national/automotive accounts) responsible for assigned territories, meet and exceed category budget, train reps on new programs, products and sales incentives, set goals for each rep and manage successes/challenges, organize and implement new and creative sales avenues under the supervision of the Advertising Director.

Manage a team of (6) advertising account executives, meet and exceed department budgets by platform, train, coach and lead team to excel in their respective roles.

Responsibilities included: recruiting, staffing, new hire orientation, payroll and scheduling, benefits administration, DOT compliance and reporting, workman’s compensation control and store trainingimplementation utilizing the partnership of the Store Manager. Previous positions held within the company include: Administrative Manager, Receiving/Delivery Manager, Sales-Floor Manager and Head Casher relocating within 4 states and opening over 25 stores.
