Assume administrative responsibility to support all activities of the Convention Sales DepartmentManage outlook calendars (meetings/conferences/calls); book travel, hotel, and car services.Support the Director to co-manage all promotional marketing campaigns for convention business in Montgomery CountyEvent coordinate all trade show scheduling and travel arrangements for sales managers and participants Lead point of contact for all client inquiries regarding meetings, events, direct mailings, and any ad-hoc requestsManage daily maintenance of department file system and incoming correspondence and mailingsPrepare routine communications, sales leads, and reports for Convention Sales DepartmentEstablish and manage housing services for TCB for local tournaments
