In the 15 years that I worked as a customer service professional, I developed a desire to make sure people are happy with the people that they interacted with in the office and remotely. I understand the importance of being happy in your position and working with a well-put-together, goal-driven team that listens to suggestions and new ideas. I pay great attention to detail and I love a good spreadsheet. I am a great learner and really enjoy learning new systems and methods of data entry. I traveled to Brazil and Austria as part of a team that implemented our SAP system, where we worked together to test functions and make suggestions to better serve our needs for our US Office. In March 2022, I was blessed to become a part of the Power3 team and I will work diligently to place the right people in the right places. When I am not working you will find me and my husband in the stands or on the sidelines cheering on my young sons and taking lots of pictures. I also dabble in photography and I am usually on the sidelines taking pictures of my boys and their teammates. If I am not doing that then I am 100% cuddling up with my 4 schnauzers.
