Support plant Quality team, SCM team, OPS Team regarding daily operational quality and standard.Ensure up to date knowledge on NS and have a full understanding of how item card, BOM, Routing information is maintained and entered.Work closely with plant NPI (New product Introduction) team for technical and process development to realize project management activity from sample making to mass production.Attend tradeshows, visit headquarter offices, visit supplier and join customer meetings as neededTake on any additional tasks assigned by leadership as needed

-Is a liaison between AI USA and AI TJ Plant for assistance with customer project management and development between NPI and AM teams. Assists with solving problems that may arise.-Managing all B2B development projects from concepts to actual products and meet the launching date-Managing company own brand development from sampling stage to production completion. -Serves as a resource and facilitator on the Product Development Team. Thoroughly understands and can easily communicate brush/tool manufacturing capabilities and constraints of AI plant, costs, etc. Solicits feedback, facilitates communication and clarifies direction of modifications needed, as it relates to new development.-Develop new materials and coordinating necessary testings for carry out. -Supports AI Plant audits, customer visits, as needed

• Builds positive relationships with clients/partners.• Help build new leads by researching and educating senior management on companies that may be good strategic partners.• Work with senior management to create sales strategies for current customers and potential customers.• Manages day-to-day business development activities to ensure achievement of revenue goals.• Directly interacts with prospects and clients to ensure that contractual obligations are met with the approval of senior management. Explains organization’s products and services to prospects and clients. Develops new insights into situations and applies innovative solutions. • Assists in the planning and preparation of trade show activities as needed, by territory, with the SVP of Business Development and VP of Brand Marketing & Product Development. • Travels, as needed, to visit customers and AI corporate headquarters.
