Maternity cover for the retail and leisure sector. Running daily,weekly and monthly reports extracting information. Dealing with queries and complaints from National account customers. Coordinating product rollouts for the National account customers.

Inbound/outbound calls of 100+ per day. Inputting orders onto the system. Dealing with customer queries and complaints. Regular support given to the sales managers and coordinators.

Team leader of the Seasonal, Home and Confectionery departments. Managing a team of 30 members of staff. I was also a key holder for the store. Duty manager 2 evenings a week. Cashing up the tills on an evening.
