● Led team in development of new middle school Jewish text curriculum which focuses on fundamental skills and understandings of Rabbinics through age-appropriate and personally relevant themes, such as “Global Jewish Citizenship” ● Implement and adapt Hadar’s Standards for Fluency in Jewish Text & Practice and Legacy Heritage’s Jewish Day School Standards & Benchmarks - Rabbinics ● Taught 7th and 8th grade Rabbinics courses ● Deepened the impact of Jewish Social Justice education and adult-child volunteering opportunities, including established community partnerships with local organizations around service learning and volunteerism, envisioned, expanded, coordinated and facilitated Heilicher’s MLK Jr. Day programming

● Planned, developed and implemented transformative initiatives for teens in Jewish education ● Managed day-to-day operations of a school of 210 teens and 20 faculty ● Supported, supervised, and evaluated faculty - including faculty/staff retention and hiring ● Fostered relationships with local and national organizations ● Actively recruited teens through relationship building, presentations. and outreach ● Led fundraising efforts, including grant writing and reporting ● Created and implemented special programming including speakers, movie screenings, discussions and teen travel ● Produced The Witness Theater production including publicity, communication, curriculum and community collaborations ● Executed an Israel Teen Exchange program in conjunction with the Minneapolis Jewish Federation ● Taught courses as needed

● Responsible for overall vision, planning, management and execution of Maryland Hillel’s service learning initiatives ● Established, fostered, and developed community partnerships with local social change organizations ● Built strategic partnerships with University departments ● Developed curricula and led sessions for Tzedek and Alternative Break Fellowships ● Supervised student fellows including weekly sessions and one-on-one meetings ● Managed the immersion experience department including overseeing the logistical and educational components of the Alternative Break programs with over 1000 participants and Alternative Break Fellows ● Created, planned and implemented a student Tzedek Repair the World Fellowship including weekly classes, office hours and initiative implementation that created opportunities for hundreds of student volunteers weekly ● Managed social justice budget, grant proposals and reports
