Practice management for a group of 14 radiologists with annual net revenue of $11M. My primary responsibilities are strategic planning, benefit management, compliance and regulatory management, direction of all affiliated entities such as billing and imaging centers, business development, and financial review. In addition, I also implemented and support the PACS system purchased in January, 2008.

This position was for outpatient diagnostic facilities in the Chicago Market. This included management of five facilities including budgetary responsibility, strategic planning, sales, local HR activity and technical oversight.
