I have over 23 years of total experience in the dental field. I started my dental career in oral surgery in 1999, where I obtained an Anesthesia Assisting Certification from A.A.O.M.S, and I have frequently attended courses to stay up to date on my Certification as well. I then became an office administrator in 2008, supervising all team members and coordinating office flow. I have always been the concierge for patients undergoing full mouth reconstruction, implant placement, and restoration as well as small makeovers, and I have always assisted the doctor with patients undergoing IV sedation. I take a considerate & caring approach to my work with patients and other people. My passion for my work is displayed in my individual focus on meeting patients comfort and needs. I feel very fulfilled when I am able to take a fearful patient with complex dentals issues and help transform them into the confident, rejuvenated person they deserve to be. I am detail-oriented and adaptable to each dentist's specific procedures, patients, and daily workload. I am skilled and focused on understanding & sharing treatment plans with patients, and have helped increase revenue and ROI for every office I have worked for.
