During my time as Community Outreach Coordinator for Southern Idaho Solid Waste, I educated the public on waste management and waste reduction by arranging educational opportunities throughout our seven county region of Blaine, Cassia, Gooding, Jerome, Lincoln, Minidoka, and Twin Falls counties. I managed social media and web-presence, and specialized in program development for youth in order to encourage environmental stewardship.

As a receptionist in CSI's Career & Counseling Center, I welcomed people who were considering returning to school and connected them with resources to do so with confidence. I created a training resource for work-study students after me, and greatly increased participation on an after-graduation follow-up survey.

At Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, I studied public relations and hospitality through Disney University and two internship experiences. I provided world-class hospitality service in two high-volume resorts by streamlining service while maintaining a "magical" guest experience.
