As part of the Oak team, I am responsible for the design and coordination of their property rebranding projects. This includes clubhouse and model unit finishes and furnishings, property naming and logo selection, and color selections. Additionally, I work with the property management team on marketing initiatives along with management and coordination of social media for the portfolio properties. Previously, I was an independent consultant assisting clients with their kitchen and bath designs. I have worked on new construction and rehabbed homes. I have been responsible for exterior selections- brick, siding, roof and doors to the kitchen/bath cabinets, tile, lighting and paint. I have been working with new home buyers helping with paint colors and kitchen/bath remodels. I love selecting paint, whether it be for a Property selection or interior home.
