After falling into a staffing role, I soon found my passion for the field of human resources. Since then, I have been working my way through school, while gaining further experience in management and training, in effort to supplement my education. I have worked in sales and recruiting and have had many responsibilities including posting for executive and lower level employment opportunities for many different client companies and running my own book of business. This also included conducting personal and phone interviews with potential candidates, meeting with representatives of our clients, and conducting new-hire start-ups, as well as training new employees and leading orientation sessions. I am very detailed and organized, and have experience in the creation and revision of organizational policies and procedures as they relate to organizational operations, customer and employee satisfaction and retention.
