I've worked at Varsity for the past twenty four years. I started in 1997 in the Customer Service Department answering customer calls and helping resolve any issues that the customer might have with their order. Within these 3 years I was promoted to a Supervisor. After working in the Customer Service for about three years I moved to our Returns Department in 2000 as an Assistant Manager. I supervised about 12 Employees. In this position I helped develop a returns process to receive and process returns within 24 hours of being received. We also researched and designed improvements to enhance company returns policy. In approximately two years I was then promoted to Manager and continued this role until 2006. From 2006 - 2010 I moved to our Order Processing Dept. Here we review orders entered by our Sales Team and direct these orders to our Manufacturing Team to be produced. In 2010 I changed position to Production Scheduling. In this position I schedule and coordinate daily Production loads for multiple Vendors. Run daily, monthly and yearly reports for these Vendors on Production Status. Provide daily/weekly billing for these Vendors also.
