- Case assessment for remediation projects: Efficiently assess and review case files in accordance with an agreed methodology and procedures to determine facts and compliance with governing legislation.- Case triage: Review client files and identify whether the case has any indicator(s) and/ or instance(s), prior to the case being allocated to the relevant assessment team.

- Review and quality check Statements of Advice (SOA), Financial Services Guides (FSG’s), Stationary items, marketing material and other advice documents to ensure compliance, legislative and licensee standards are being met.- Provide coaching and assistance to financial planners / advisers to help them meet their compliance obligations.

- Delivery of high quality, compliant Statements of Advice, meeting the production target. (Coin & Xplan) Ensuring a high level of adviser satisfaction with the plans prepared.- Provide feedback to Advisers to ensure the advice is of high quality and is appropriate to the client’s needs and objectives.

- Product research, prepare client meetings, draft & edit statement of advice (MS word & Platformplus)- Advice implementation, mainly life insurance implementation- Manage entire administration procedure, including managing practice workflow and preparing for internal file audit.
