As an Executive Hispanic leader, Amy is passionate and intentional about inspiring and empowering female and Hispanic leaders through critical context build, organizational leadership and sponsorship. She has spent 20+ years developing talent strategies to future-proof next generation leaders, spearheading both an operational and strategic vision, and optimizing the critical integration of talent priorities with business results. With a diverse background that includes extensive M&A work, designing international labor strategies, building organizational capabilities, and designing critical infrastructure modeling, Amy serves as a Dallas CHRO Governing Body Member and is an active leader with the HR Mastermind Peer Advisory Board. She was recently nominated by the Dallas Business Journal with the prestigious 2021 Women in Business award.
