I first started at Trant Engineering as an Administration Assistant in an apprenticeship studying for my Level 2 NVQ. In the 3 years I was an Administration Assistant I got my NVQ 2 in Business Administration and gained valuable skills in Administration as well as learning about the wider business. I worked my way up by becoming a Training administrator and then became a Training Coordinator and I am now a Learning and Development Manager. I have recently completed my ILM Level 3 Team Lead/Supervisor apprenticeship with Totton College. I am currently doing an apprenticeship studying for my CIPD Level 5 Learning and Development Consultant. I have also created connections with local schools, colleges and Universities.
