Project managing the feasibility assessments and delivery of large-scale restoration and carbon projects across southern Australia.

- Manage multiple sub-projects of a $155 million floodplain restoration project in the SA Riverland.- Continuation of Salinity Management role following restructure, with a stronger focus on developing the Pike Floodplain Operations Plan and coordinating the science required to support it.- Manage the development of Cultural Heritage Management Plan and Land/Visitor Management Plans. - Coordinate the proposal for the annual environmental water allocation for the floodplain.

Murray Darling Basin policy and strategy development and implementation.

- Support the Voyage Leader in achieving the objectives of the 7-week resupply and retrieval operations at Mawson and Davis Antarctic stations.- Supervise and direct the ship and shore-based teams, including watercraft operators, ship's crew and refuelling staff during various operations.- Manage and coordinate the cargo, including scientific samples, refuelling logistics, and personnel transfers by watercraft &/or rotary aircraft.- Coordinate all ship-based/-supported scientific and non-scientific AAD programs.- Supervise the Chief Mate and liaise with the ship's crew to manage cargo and any potentially complex/crisis situation.- Document the voyage on social media through media clips and short written explanations.- Maintain expeditioner safety and comfort while providing logistical advice and assistance in support of programs occuring on/from the vessel.- Organise and host social activities throughout the voyage, including a fundraising auction for Camp Quality (raised $22,000). - Assume responsibilities of Voyage Leader for managing operations, as required.

Initiate and develop policies and strategies relating to a broad range of Antarctic governance and conservation matters. Research and develop briefing materials and papers for international meetings. Engage diverse stakeholders including Antarctic scientists, environmental NGOs, fishing and tourism industry representatives, and other Government departments.Collaboratively develop and provide advice on the Australian Government positions for emerging international Antarctic and Southern Ocean issues.
