As a certified yoga teacher, I show my students the important role that yoga plays in their nutrition journey. My mission is to live a vibrant and fulfilling life fuelled by plant-based food, a positive mindset, and lots of yoga, and share this lifestyle with a strong community—learn more about Namataste’s core values.My plant-based journey began in 2010 when I decided to stop eating meat and focus on more natural products. I saw incredible results…at first, but they didn’t last because I didn’t understand what healthy plant-based living looked like (it’s more than just cutting out meat and meat products). Eventually, I got my nutrition and mindset around holistic and sustainable living under control. I lost weight and gained energy and confidence. My passion took me back to school: I graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2015 as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist™ and now I help others achieve the positive life changes I’ve experienced. I’ve also completed over 700 hours of multiple yoga teacher trainings since 2017, and have been guiding clients in their holistic health journeys ever since.A few fun facts about me:✓ I sing to my houseplants✓ Noodles are my all-time favourite food.✓ I laugh at bad puns (the really bad ones).
