Provided strategic and innovative leadership to the Seaver College Career Center team by developing departmental vision, implementing technology, and broadening engagement from strategic partners (like alumni and parents) and employers. Developed career readiness curriculum to ensure that every student has career education, build infrastructure by leveraging strategic and forward thinking technology tools, and launched job shadowing, company tours/treks, and industry conference programs to increase student visibility within the world of work and activate the Pepperdine network. Provided high-level oversight to the first TEDxPepperdineUniversity event in 2019, which connected industry leaders directly with Pepperdine students. The Seaver College Career Center exists to offer career education and coaching to every Seaver College student. Services, classes, and programs are geared at educating and empowering students and alumni at every stage in their professional development through career exploration, professional branding, internship and job search strategies, interviewing prep, network access and strategy, and events like job shadowing, career fairs, company treks and industry conferences. The team leverages technology to provide 'Career Everywhere' professional tools that empower students to write their own story 24:7 from anywhere in the world.

Developed relationships with Pepperdine friends and donors to gain financial and in-kind support of the university libraries. Managed all marketing and communications related to the libraries while raising awareness among the university publics and creating new programs in which to engage and expose the university community to the wealth of resources provided through the libraries. Researched and applied for grants to broaden the university libraries collection and instructional resources. Launched and successfully endowed the Malibu Historical Collection for $1 million. Developed, launched and supported, Pepperdine on iTunes U digital distribution platform.

Planned and executed all details related to special events including, concept development and design, marketing, and logistics, along with vendor/volunteer and budget management. Spearheaded and supported the execution of nearly 150 events a year with team of seven others including commencement ceremonies, conferences, luncheons, galas, donor trips and other fund-raising activities. Served as lead event manager in April 2007 when First Lady Laura Bush spoke before 10,500 guests at Pepperdine.
