She is responsible for the revitalization of the Kirkland’s Home brand and leads the global retail strategy for Bed Bath & Beyond. As a true Merchant leader with over 20 years of retail experience, she has a proven track record of driving growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction in the home decor and fashion apparel sectors. Amy is an advocate for developing future leaders. She is an active member of Women In Retail Leadership, C200, Extraordinary Women on Boards and Women Corporate Directors. She also serves on several Education and Nonprofit boards. She was recognized as a 2020 Retail Woman on the Rise by The Women in Retail Leadership Circle and completed the Leadership at the Peak program at The Center for Creative Leadership in 2022.
