As a Partner Technology Strategist, I worked with Citrix customers and partners. We worked with partners around technical enablement, strategy, and relationship building. We also worked with our partners' customers to empower them through Citrix technology.

Overview:As a Field Sales Engineer, I work with hundreds of customers and partners across the Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota region. I specialize in working with customers to design technology solutions to meet their business objectives. We work with a variety of departments including IT, End User Computing, Infrastructure, Security, and Mobility. Citrix Technologies:In this role, I seek to be creative, respectful, and provide valuable insight. I specialize in all core Citrix technology including Citrix Workspace, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops as a Service, Citrix Analytics, Citrix App Protection, Citrix Access Control, Citrix Endpoint Management, and Citrix Content Collaboration.Customer Experience:We have worked with customers to achieve a "work from anywhere" strategy; move their Citrix infrastructure to the cloud; rollout a collaborative file sharing strategy; secure their devices in mobility initiatives; and develop a business continuity strategy to accommodate the COVID-19 pandemic. Our goal is to first evaluate the business problem, then, design a solution that meets that need. We strive for long-term relationships to help grow the business of our customers.

As a Technical Analyst time was divided between technical Instructor Led Trainings, consulting projects, and technical topic certifications. Instructor Led Trainings were taught by Citrix Enterprise Architects, sales leadership, and principal Citrix consultants. The purpose of the trainings are to provide an environment for highly technical training and to create a highly collaborative Citrix environment.During this time, I also served on multiple consulting engagements, focusing on projects for design, implementation, and cloud transition. Technical skills include Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop architecture, Citrix ADC, Citrix FAS, upgrade processes, cloud transition, and automation.

I managed databases for incoming students, worked with teachers, planned events to promote studying abroad, and planned events for current exchange students studying at Mines. My goal was to make the process of going abroad more accessible to students and help give the international students an unforgettable Colorado experience.

As a Peer Mentor, I conducted orientation activities for incoming first year students. Additionally, I co-taught an introductory class called CSM101 that prepared first year students for their future at Mines. Class material includes resume building, study techniques, and advice for getting involved on campus.

Undergraduate research on the development of silicon photocathodes for solar water splitting. Silicon wafers were characterized using doping techniques to create a pn+ junction. The electrodes were then tested using linear sweep voltammetry.

As the main counselor for the cabin, I was responsible for seven to nine girls. Responsibilities included waking up the girls, getting them ready for the day, taking them to each activity, and putting them to bed. In this position, I grew in areas such as problem solving, patience, and positivity.
