At Globant, I focused on digital strategy and user testing of digital products. I worked with clients to design and moderate UX research, as well as produce reports to summarize the findings and provide recommendations. I conducted research on digital products at various stages of development, from initial concepts to fully launched sites, as well as on a variety of platforms, including desktops/laptops, smartphones, and tablets. I used a variety of research methodologies, including one-on-one interviews, diary studies, and online surveys.

As a UX Researcher, I work with clients to understand their unique design challenges, design and moderate UX research, and produce reports to summarize the research and provide recommendations. WAE was acquired by Globant in November 2016, so I continued in my role as a UX Researcher with the parent company.

Joined as one of the first employees at SRI and contributed to company growth in revenue and workforce through involvement in almost all aspects of the business. Assisted with pharmaceutical consulting projects consisting primarily of quantitative & qualitative studies. Developed questionnaires, managed client and vendor relationships, identified insights from research results, and prepared reports. Completed over 50 studies in collaboration with multiple client teams, contributing to 40% of firm’s business.
