I am a Student Physical Therapist (SPT) currently pursuing my Doctor of Physical Therapy at Concordia University, St. Paul, with an expected graduation in May 2026. My background includes a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a Minor in Lifetime Health and Wellness from the University of Minnesota. I have hands-on clinical experience across various settings, including outpatient clinics and home care, and volunteer experience in inpatient hospital physical therapy, neurorehabilitation, and transitional care.In my current as a Rehabilitation Specialist at Uptown Chiropractic, I can apply the skills I learn in the classroom to patient care by guiding patients through rehabilitation plans designed to treat acute and chronic back pain. In addition to this, I have gained experience managing patient scheduling and billing, which has increased my understanding of both the clinical and administrative sides of healthcare.In the past, I have worked in a variety of roles, including working as a direct care professional for ACR Homes and even as a character performer at the Mall of America. These positions have provided me with invaluable experience in communication skills, creativity, and resilience in a variety of settings. I am excited to continue growing as a physical therapist as I begin my full-time clinical experiences.
