I have an active history of career advancement and promotion, starting with my early years at KPMG Consulting and The Revere Group. The arc of my career began at U.S. Cellular, where I expanded my skills in procurement and reverse logistics. I spent 5 years in Reverse Logistics as a Manager and Senior Manager where I ran a returns and service budget of $20+ Million, hitting cost out goals and revenue on sales of excess product. I also reduced return exceptions from $1 Million in unusable inventory per month to $16K. As a Director of Business Strategy, I’d been instrumental in developing the growth and portfolio strategy to identify and evaluate new business areas and business models that can extend U.S. Cellular’s portfolio of business. I’m adept with Continuous Improvement, and as the Director of Network Supply Chain and Indirect Procurement I built out a new procurement team and processes aligned to sourcing vertical real estate for the small cell program. Today, I am the Senior Director, Network Supply Chain and lead an organizational transformation of the network supply chain operations, had have responsibility for 25 U. S. Cellular associates and over 30 contractors. I am an active member of the Association for Supply Chain Management and have been featured on a number of panels and podcasts. I recently was awarded the ASCM Award of Excellence – Supply Chain Leader 2022, and starting in January 2023 for a 3-year term, I will be a member of the Board of Directors.
