I moved to San Antonio from Austin in 2009 to focus on serving clients in South Central Texas. With more than 20 years of diverse traffic engineering experience I have led projects ranging from traffic impact analysis and traffic studies to signal timing, evaluation for transit signal priority and transit supportive operational improvements, signal and pedestrian amenity design, and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). Through this experience I have developed both technical skills (transportation modeling and traffic software expertise) and project management capabilities (leading stakeholder workshops and directing the activities of multidiscipline teams).
