• Carry out Functional Movement Screening and prepare simple exercise programs• Conduct orientations to the gym facility for new clients.• Researching various aspects of physical activity and how it can improve one’s life, specifically as it relates to chronic conditions. • The goal of the research was to create a program to be run out of the clinic that would use exercise as a form of medicine to try to alleviate the effects of chronic conditions and help people achieve a healthy lifestyle.
