Amy Bartolotta is a Director of Performance Analytics at The Hartford. As the Instructional Design/Content Manager leader, Amy remained on the front end of the learning curve with industry design standards and innovations. She is in a leadership position of her local ATD (Association for Talent and Development) chapter and a member of the Masie Learning Consortium. Amy is exceptionally strong at creating and implementing process to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity of her team. She developed a SharePoint based Design Operating Plan that tracked the progression of Instructional Design projects from start to finish. This plan allowed her clear site into her team's capacity and productivity. The Design Operating Plan also gave business partners understanding of design work that was underway for their business groups. Amy is a very strong, responsive communicator.
