About Amy Bellman Davis

Amy is a global public health specialist with experience in both academia and in non-profit leadership. In her current role, she uses best practices to develop and teach courses in global public health and social entrepreneurship. She also identifies experiential learning opportunities for undergraduate and medical students, and provides support from pre-departure through post-program evaluation. In addition, she has extensive experience in building and nurturing relationships with local and international community and academic partners and oversees the community engagement graduation requirement for QU medical students.Amy has consulted on a wide range of global health projects focusing on immunization, malaria, eye diseases, neglected infectious diseases, and reproductive, maternal, newborn and child health (RMNCH). These projects included research, writing, and tactical decision making on behalf of industry and NGO clients. She has published several research papers in peer-reviewed journals and researched and wrote a new section on immunization for a leading global health textbook. Amy started her career as a litigation attorney and is an attorney in good standing in Connecticut, Illinois, and Wisconsin.
