• Overseeing student admission and graduation process• To assist the local and international marketing departments while ensuring efficient and effective workflow which includes admission and visa processing.• Troubleshoot and provide solutions for all records and registration related matters• Heads the Exam, Timetabling and Government Liaison Department• MOE/MQA/other bodies for approvals and accreditation of programmes• Organize student events eg: CSR, Open days, campaigns etc

• Oversee the day-to-day operational management of the organization.• Accountable for manpower planning, hiring, performance delivery (KPI) and training & development.• Plan, strategize and implement requirements of International Schools licensing and renewal, other approvals by MOE and JPN.• Oversee and plan schools and camp events such as Open Days, MoUs, CSR and other activities that generate revenue, recruitment and increase brand awareness.• Optimizing marketing and pricing strategies• Generating new business leads and brand awareness• Tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

• Providing quality student services: e.g. registration, tuition assessment and academic records• Implement strategies for effective management of the Exams Unit• Uphold the integrity and security of the assessment, examination process• In-charge of all exams related services: e.g. schedules, venues, student correspondence, results enquiries and exam registration• Overseeing the production of exam transcripts to ensure the accuracy of results• Ensure compliance to Student Records Policy• Record transfer credit, advanced placement, study abroad and grade change• Demonstrate the College’s commitment to thoughtful treatment of its past and present students through timeliness and accuracy of the transcription system• Store and preserve academic records and inactive student records• Organize student participation in commencement

In charge of the daily work of the Registry which includes:• Organize and administer the records, registration and graduation functions • Student services (local and international) while ensuring efficient and effective workflow.• Coordinating with International Office in admission, ensure smooth processing of visa application• Supervise the coordination, evaluation and certification of all graduation applications, while overseeing the complete graduation process to include all elements of the rehearsal and ceremony• Liaise with MOE/MQA/other bodies for approvals and accreditation of programmes, ensure compliances of conditions• Manage all issues/work which relates to Examination Office• Contribute in sales and marketing activities eg: organizing open day events, student counselling on programmes and courses available, attending parent’s enquiries etc

• To assist A&B Manager in all aspects of work. Main focus: Bursary matters• Manage all customer’s enquiries & complaints (written & verbal).• In charge of department purchase and budget• Record of A&B staffs HR related matters and resource planning. • Authorized to sign the offer letter, CTC in urgent cases at the absense of A&B manager.Bursary Matter:• Accurate setting up default fees and Campus Solution setup• To ensure accurate billing of fee items including insurance billing• To monitor refund process to ensure smooth process of refund, and debt recovery

• Overall business administration and all sales (import/export) operational matters.• Administrative and HR matters eg. Payroll, recruiting, recording staff leaves etc• Sales and business-development: purchases and sales from overseas (import/export)
