In this role, I worked cross-functionally with the merchandising, design, and planning teams to help execute the production of custom apparel assortments both overseas and domestically, to be sold at Vineyard Vines stores around the country. I was responsible for creating purchase orders for the factories and vendors, and overseeing the production process from start to finish. I also balanced the expectations of the internal teams with realistic production capabilities. I was charged with communicating delivery delays and shortages with the in-house partners and reviewing all design submissions.

I coordinated communication with overseas factories in China and Peru as well as with the in-house teams, informing the latter of any delivery delays and/or shortages. I reviewed submits with the internal partners and created purchase orders for all SKUs being ordered.
