My role is to stand up a new center of excellence tasked to rethink our performance management approaches. Ongoing responsibilities include local and national leadership in performance management, employee experience, and career development.

GoKart Labs was a 60-person digital product studio and new ventures lab that worked alongside clients to invent, design and build digital experiences. As part of the Executive team, I was responsible for ensuring that our talent roadmap aligned to, informed, and drove our business strategy. I was accountable for all areas of HR and led 2 direct reports.

Provided HR support and counsel for a start up health education company that was launched by GoKart Labs.

Joined a newly formed team that was tasked to transform the way the enterprise managed talent. This included new strategies, processes and launching the company's first talent management platform (SAAS). In this role, I established and led the change management team which focused on driving end user engagement with 67,000 team members globally.

Built and led the company's first global mobility function in support of a high profile international assignment program. I hired and led a cohesive team between Minneapolis and Bangalore, India. The team facilitated 154 international placements across 12 business units in our first two years.

My position began as an HR business advisor for the global sourcing organization across 21 countries. Later, I was selected to establish the HR function for a start-up operation in India with rapid growth plans. My role included translating US talent strategies to meet global business needs and ensuring processes, policies and HR structures were in place.

Held multiple positions working with several corporate teams including Technology, Product Design & Development, and Sourcing teams. During this time, I worked with senior leaders to integrate an acquired business, established a new creative department, and support IT during the transition of the target.com platform to an external vendor (amazon.com).
