FP&A Manager - Global Commercial Process:- Perform financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis, including comparison of financial estimates vs. budgets and related risks and opportunities for the $60M global commercial process.-Identify cost out opportunities to drive productivity and gross cost reduction targets. -Evaluate and implement FP&A process improvements-Build strong relationship with global finance and commercial operating teams.

- Perform financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis, including comparison of financial estimates vs. budgets and related risks and opportunities.- Prepare S1, S2, OP and monthly/quarter reviews-Work on cost out initiatives (cash generation, regionalization, productivity, etc.) driving business direction and strategy-Establish metrics to help drive operating teams meet their financial and business commitments-Partner with and provide pro-active financial support to Center/Business Leaders and Regional Leaders communicating financial analysis and helping achieve business’ headcount and productivity targets-Respond to ad-hoc requests for customized data and reports in an understandable way-Evaluate and implement FP&A process improvements-Build strong relationship with local Finance Teams

-Provide technical direction to peer groups regarding functionality and administration of cost and interfacing systems.-Responsible for the analysis, measurement, and interpretation of cost data-Maintain customer interface and provide advice and counsel to client organization and peers to meet organization objectives-Provide comprehensive cost or program analysis for assigned areas-Provide financial stewardship to the assigned client organization-Conduct special analysis of cost or expense data or process enhancements-Drive process improvements/transactional quality

- Work across the GE organization to develop the most accurate financial assumptions - Develop scenario / sensitivity analysis for the most critical variables in customized service agreements - Prepare comprehensive business / financial reports, and analysis.- Forecast, track, and settle customized customer agreements- Identify opportunity areas where special analysis may help improve financial decisions - Assist leadership in meeting all financial commitments and goals - Contribute to and drive process improvements
