Keynote speakerSupporting organisations with their offsites, global conferences, intimate SLT meetings and various other gatherings has been a huge privilege and source of joy to me. Translating valuable scientific insights into frameworks and hacks that teams can get excited about and then build into their culture gets results. While I never set out to speak to large audiences, I do enjoy revealing the inner workings of the brain to people who are wanting to contribute their best to their organisation, and to the wider world. There are a range of topics I get repeatedly asked to speak on ‘Unlocking Whole Brain Potential’, ‘Sustaining High Performance’, ‘Hallmarks of Effective Leaders’, ‘Behaviour change & Neuroflexibility’, ‘Neuro Learning Habits’ but we also respond to bespoke requests so long as there is good quality research we can draw on and turn into an engaging and helpful keynote. Do reach out for a brochure to see how one of our keynotes could support your people.

Author Of 'Engaged', 'Make Your Brain Work' & 'Neuroscience For Coaches'

Warwick, Gb

I have written 3 books (plus second and third editions) to help people access & benefit from the great scientific research out there. 📖 #1 My aim with the book 'Make Your Brain Work', published in January 2013 and the second edition in 2020, is to support individuals and companies to increase their productivity, efficiency and effectiveness to achieve their objectives.📖 #2 'Neuroscience for Coaches', published in 2014 (second edition 2018, third edition 2021) is designed to equip anyone in a Coaching role to understand a little more of how the brain works specifically in the way they are working with others. It has helped raise the importance of neuroscience in coaching. We also run a public programme by the same name for Coaches and managers who want to deepen their understanding.📖 #3 The third book, 'Engaged: the neuroscience of creating productive people in successful organizations' was written in response to our work with organizations and published in 2015. It includes bold ideas based on the neuroscientific research.Yes that was 3 original books in 3 years - also coincided with my daughter being born just before the first one came out!

Amazing opportunity to work with the skilled and fun team at LinkedIn Learning. I was asked to support at the very early stages of Covid, and worked on the first course to be created virtually in the UK. The team taught my team lots and we loved partnering with them to create the first course called 'Supporting Your Mental Health While Working From Home' which became a core course for many organisations during tough times. We then went on to create further courses with them and thoroughly enjoy each and every one. https://www.linkedin.com/learning/how-to-beat-workplace-lonelinesshttps://www.linkedin.com/learning/creating-the-environment-for-productive-virtual-teams/https://www.linkedin.com/learning/how-to-support-your-employees-well-being/https://www.linkedin.com/learning/supporting-your-mental-health-while-working-from-home/
