I create written content - press releases, event taglines and descriptions, social media blurbs, speeches, scripts, printed/ audiovisual adverts texts/scripts, official communictions (both internally and externally), and anything in between.I also manage and schedule content on the agency's digital marketing channels, mainly the agency's social media channels and website, when required.I coordinate press conferences, informing the relevant bodies about agreed date and way forward and then also take comments from speakers on the day of event, to then see the creation of social media features/ photo posts with blurbs on social media. I have sometimes also hosted conferences and other PR events.

In this role I turned the agency'sevents calendar, which I would have myself created in liaison with the respective regions' site executives and curators, thirdparties and the Visitor's Services department, into reality.I did this by planning ahead for upcoming events, gathering information, organising it and disseminating tomy colleagues for their respective tasks, opening and coordinating artworks and configuration JIRA ticketsand in essence assuring the event reaches the public fully prepared and is marketed in the best waypossible. I also kept statistics, mainly in the form of Cost Benefit Analysis forms with updated actual costsand income figures to keep in check with events budget.Apart from constant monitoring of events alongside my team to ensure their best delivery andperformance, I also contributed to the management of Heritage Malta's membership scheme, mainly interms of concept developing, exclusive members' events planning and coordination, and marketing of thescheme. At the time I still also handled tasks which come up from time to time such as managing socialmedia channels, replying to the public's queries, helping in press conference planning and sometimesstanding in as compare, and any other required tasks.
