Responsible for any customer communication with regards to the website.- Ensure the stock on the website is kept up to date according to what has been sold in store.- I implemented a live chat facility to enable the customers to start an instant conversation with myself whilst browsing the website should they need any help or information.- Organise in store events and promotions focussing on specific brands to showcase their new collections to customers whilst raising money for local charities.- Create internal adverts for the store, help with maximising the store layout and enter the company into the annual ‘One Oldham Business Awards’ in which we won Retailer of the Year in 2012.- Maintain awareness of what our competitors are doing in terms of new brands they are taking on any new features to their websites.- I am currently in the process of working with the owner/s to implement an EPOS system which will sync both the website system and a new till system.
