The Christians in Manufacturing is a committee of TMA members who organize the Annual Prayer Breakfast and TMA's only Service Event. The Prayer Breakfast takes place on the first Friday of November and includes a keynote speaker, testimonials, scripture reading, music, fellowship, and a meal. Over 100 members of the association attend both of these events.

TMA’s Supplier Network represents a group of Affiliate and Associate members committed to assisting Illinois manufacturing. Members of the Network provide virtually every service needed to operate a manufacturing organization, as well as providing funding to assist in value added events to educate and inform members. This committee meets on a monthly basis.
