Initially hired as additional outside resource for an implementation project to migrate multiple legacy billing systems to SAP platform. When this project was deferred, I was reassigned to work several special projects.Implementation assignment was heavily focused on data mining via MS SQL, Tableau reporting, gathering functional requirements from user community and specifying user stories in Jira, working with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and identify opportunities to better align systems to these processes.Special projects included analyses of business process and system gaps to identify revenue leakage and design of technical solutions to streamline recovery of leaked revenue. In multiple scenarios, developed complex SQL scripts to identify measurement errors and properly requantify revenue in accordance with IFRS15, resulting in successful recovery of revenue leakage.
